Yuzawaya
Yuzawaya is a designer's dream - A craft emporium that carries so much, its overwhelming! The selection of fabric and trims are great and not as expensive as other shops. I usually visit the Takashimaya Times Square shop in Shinjuku, however, there are several locations throughout Tokyo. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to take photos, but I managed to snag a few of the dot fabrics- there were a few aisles dedicated to dots and stripes; both of which are my favorite patterns.
