everytime i rewatch the L'manberg vods its fucking insane because you can watch phoenix duo be friends only for them to be split apart by war once again. like tommy was literally sapnaps dealer and they were going to do fight club together. we were going to have fight club.

i do have more thoughts about cody howling...
i like to think originally the howling is like a group thing the packe does whenever something really good happens or they have a big win. eventually it develops into a thing they do whenever theyre just collectively excited about something...
cody definitely picked up howling as a vocal stim and he'd howl alot more frequently than the other guys, like, he perpetuated the howling LOL. some of them definitely found this annoying and over the top at first. like i can imagine cody howling out of the blue and they all turn around and look at him. and cody is like "what? it was a howling matter." (so true cody)
then codys howling sort of developed into a sort of exclamation the packe would use. opposed to the group howl: loud and celebratory, this other kind of howling would be a quieter one you can interject whenever you strongly agree with someone or you just feel good about something in general. mostly used by cody but one or two others might join in with him to second the sentiment.
since the howling is such a trademark of the packe, he probably makes an effort not to do it (not easy for him) once he crosses over to edwards gang. but i believe cody still finds himself wanting to howl every now and then, especially when its just him. thats the main thing i wanted to communicate in my comic "impulses" :]
