I hope the people in white coats come to take these fragile creatures to the clean room with the warm soup soon.
As do I. <3
5 Nice Things
Once you get this you have to say 5 nice things about yourself publicly and then send it to 10 of your favorite followers, not back to me, I did it already! Thinking good thoughts about yourself is hard but it will make you feel better so give it a go!
Eating Habits: I'm very pleased with myself as I have lost a stone in weight recently. I stick to three meals a day, and don't eat crisps, sweets, or ice cream. That may sound like torture to some people but once you go without it for a while you don't care any more.
Instead I eat fruit, whole grains, and protein. I do occasionally have dark chocolate, but that's another topic altogether (benefits of dark chocolate).
In general, you just need to be aware of the calories, the amount of fat and sugar in foods, portion control, and avoiding artificial sweeteners. Do not cut out sugar or fat entirely; your body still needs them. Just in lesser quantities.
Depression: Thanks to my healthier diet I feel a lot happier in myself, and my depression isn't nearly as severe as it was. I still get anxiety and depression; it isn't something that goes away entirely.
Arachnophobia: I've overcome my fear of spiders. I wouldn't pick one up before and I can do that easily now. I still cringe a little at the thought of touching one but once I do it just goes away. You hardly feel them at all. And I am proud of that. It isn't easy to overcome fears. I just reasoned with myself that it was very illogical to be afraid of something so small and harmless. It was hard at first but I did it.
Friends: I am going out a bit more; going to spend time in the company of friends. I wouldn't even consider it last year, let alone actually doing it. I admit, I do feel a lot better from social interaction (being in the presence of people, not internet).
New Things: I am also trying new things, which is another big thing for me, as I am a creature of habit. Once I know I like something I tend to stick to it.
tomthewise answered your question: Why do people follow me???
Because the restraining order says I have to stay 30 yards away.

I would actually be so annoying for a whole week with that
No one can say it the way Aaron does, though. ;)

Awww I thought I was just really good at it
You're as soft as a puppy, nice try.
Yeah, I'm familiar. The black Labrador comes from a line of dogs we've had for years. They just get old sometimes, too soon when it happens though. My gosh horse riding sounds amazing! I used to help on a farm down the road from me when I was living in my first family house. Well, whenever there was anything to help with. I know how it feels to have so much going on and not be able to find time in between the usual routine to do anything big like that.
Oh my gosh, this apparently got buried in my inbox :c So sorry that I didn’t see it sooner darling. It really is too soon when they get too old, it’s always so heartbreaking too. And yeah, horseriding is great. I just wish I had more time, energy and motivation to do it haha. There’s always lots of work to do on a farm, especially if you live on one, because you’re always finding random problems that need-a-fixing. Anyway, I am really super sorry that I didn’t see this and respond sooner. Please don’t be upset with me. -xx
tomthewise replied to your post: And it's so close to puppy time =D
