The Quiet Waters

Munch munch.
Quite a pleasant day to be enjoying an apple (or two) while taking a walk. Since he had found himself in this place once more, the Mayor figured he’d take his sweet time exploring St. Petersburg. He enjoyed the Apple Orchard a lot, and even though his experience with people in this place has been mixed, he figured there might be interesting places he could find.
His walk brought him to what appeared to be a river. There weren’t too many people around, and the water piqued his intrigue. It was a strange mixture of green and yellow, colors that he liked, of course! But he wasn’t quite sure what he thought about them without making a bigger approach.
It was then that he met a boy. A boy with a nice hat! He internally complimented the boy for it. It seemed to be a bit of a ruin and very weary from time (or misadventures) but something about the boy wearing it still seemed valueable to the Mayor.
But he wouldn’t phrase anything out loud. He would just sit down, legs crossed, in front of the river, and simply sneak some glances at... whatever the boy was doing, and the water.
