Rough art incoming 😮‍💨

I’ve been really trying to get in the writing groove. SR has turned out to be a long project (though it is moving along somewhat!). I’ve been writing shorter stories as a warm up and one of them is this little two chapter thing that I’ve been working on. It was a very loose idea at based on the song Taste by BRAIDS but I kinda finally figured out the plot lolololol. And I’m me so I wanted little chapter art to go with it. Both are just colored sketches but Nick’s is a lot rougher.

Memorium (2018-2020)

It's been about 6 and a half years since my second printing of my PearlRose tribute zine, Memorium. It's what I've called the "90% version" since it was near compete to the final version I had in my head with mostly just a few missing spreads dedicated to the climax of the song that were sketched but never finished. If I find myself drawn back to it I might finish them though! The zine itself was black and white but printed on pink paper for extra depth so if I also feel like it at some point, I will do a color overlay on the digitals to match the vibe of the printed version. Since the zine is also a few pages too long, I'll have to reblog or make a second post with the final pages (or again, I might improve this post in the future and just combine a few pages). Final notes, under the cut it's single rows of images a la lyricstucks since this is a song comic to this song! Please listen to it when reading! :)
