We were just looking for a good place to eat after our pilgrimage to Our Lady of Manaoag. We were directed to Matutina’s which is a couple more hiurs drive away from Manaoag, the food was super worth it and we discovered a public beach just across the restaurant. When I saw this beach the lines from an Incubus song came into mind… “🎶when seafoam green is in fashion🎶”

Here's the story behind this picture. Last Decemer, me and my relatives were on our way home from Baguio and we stopped by at Pangasinan to eat lunch. After lunch we strolled by at the beach. I was at awe at the large waves when I noticed two little girls who were asking for money. I am always wary of people asking money so I kind of wished that they didn't approach me but alas. I really didn't have any money with me so I thought that they would go away after I told them that I can't give them anything. Noticing my SLR camera, this girl (in the photo) asked to have her photos taken. I was surprised but I obliged. I didn't direct her to pose like that. It was completely her idea. After seeing her photos, the girl smiled and then she left with her companion.
As I left the beach, I slapped myself mentally for judging the girl when I first saw her while she only wanted her photo to be taken. I wonder if we would meet again just so I can give a copy of her photo.
