Excited over the fermentation process of this #tongbaechukimchi (a.k.a traditional kimchi). The downside of this latest kimchi making is that I mixed it traditional style (using bare hands) and mann the skin of my fingers just felt like it kena burn inside. Time mix sik rasa pedas, but the pedasness of that aftermath...fuhhhh~
