My #kimchi research. Here's #kkakdugi (radish kimchi), #oisobagi (cucumber kimchi) and #tongbeachu kimchi (wong bok cabbage kimchi). I'm also making #dongchimi (radish water kimchi) at the moment, for the non-spicy white version of fermented veggies. Gonna make some more! (at Kuching, Malaysia)
