A lot of my former favorite unsigned bands all got signed, such as In Dying Arms, The Wrath of Vesuvius, etc.

As for artists and directores, I really don't know all that many. I'm not a huge film buff, but I suppose Christopher Nolan would probably be on there somewhere.
