Ok. For safety, I think we should only apply a small amount over a long period of time. that way if there are negative side effects we will see it immediately and be able to halt applying it without anything bad happening to you.

I'm not sure. My soul is different from the souls in the Undertaleverse, so maybe not. Maybe it's worth a try, but I don't really know.

The lessons of water: my practice has become about wading into the water, moving into the center of the river, reaching for presence within the current. I realize I am utterly incapable of directing the flow of this movement and so I turn into it. Feeling the gentle pulse of Water's strength I chant silently to myself to release my will into the momentum and allow all things to move organically. The river will continue to flow, patiently moving and changing our landscapes. There is growth in accepting fear and welcoming it in. There is great power in surrender and trust.
