Don’t be captivated by your fears q
You’re present reality changes the moment you begin to view it differently
We see the physical forms in which we all appear ... but seeing each others true reality is almost a mission impossible
A healthy mind is a health life
Ever wondered what Areas of life you focus on most or pay less attention too? The truth is, it's almost impossible for all Areas of our lives to get our equal attention regardless how important they all are to us. Ultimately, we pay too much attention to some Areas and leave other Areas to suffer. . Using the “Wheel of Life” as its popularly known, one gets an honest and clear snapshot of what Areas of our life we’re paying the most attention too, and what Areas we’re not giving enough attention or literally taking for granted. Depending on how important those Areas are to our entire work-life balance, the consequences may be far greater than we expected. . The full circle of the wheel represents our overall life which is divided into different Areas or aspects of life that usually affect us all, I.e. family, finance, friends, career, health, spirituality, etc. . The idea is to rank how you believe you’re presently doing in each Area of life mentioned on the pie, ranging between numbers 1 and 10, where 10 is excellent and achieving mastery, and 1 is you doing very bad and such Area needs urgent attention. . After completing the entire wheel, a very revealing snapshot of your life and our current situation is presented to you….. Not only that, it also highlights the imbalance between our strong and weak Areas, prompting us which Areas to improve upon to enable us live a balanced and fulfilled life. . With a fulfilling life being marked by a sense of inner balance and growth in all Areas. .
