so i recently found out that when i was exercising for like the 2-3 months i was, i doing it wrong because 1) apparently you don’t do 5 days of arms and 2) i wasn’t getting enough protein because of poverty so my body was just cannibalizing itself instead of getting gains

idk what to do i’m just so tired of this body i have but i don’t know what to do cause apparently even when i work for improvement i can’t get that right either

i wanted to post this here because i couldn’t send it to my mom. the topic was nfts, and i sent her a lot of info about why they’re bad. i’m not religious, but my mom is (though at this point it’s likely virtue signaling) video related.

You say that as if we aren't already on the precipice of complete environmental collapse. Let's hollow out the planet to make a quick buck in that case. You'll be gone, I'll be gone, screw the next guy. At least we'll be rich before the world burns. I just don't understand how you and dad and other "Christians" are okay with the brutalization of your "God's" planet. Y'all seem to talk Him up a lot until it comes to doing what He preaches. It's the same attitude of "if I die, I die" when it comes to not trusting vaccines as if it's not totally selfish to Him when He provides the skill, knowledge, and ability to create a vaccine that has prevented millions of more unnecessary deaths.

And sure, it's good to stay informed, but that doesn't really matter if you don't respond to the truths of what you're being informed about. Not everything has "two sides". It's a moral failure, otherwise.
