Love Has Teeth Which Bite and The Wounds Never Close

Tyler's world was spinning the way tea cups spun in Disney when her dad decided to try to make her puke. The street lights danced to the music of the ride in her head as she let her body sway. Anxiously she groped at the tattered piece of paper in her hands.

Ciaran [phone].

The fucker would have changed his name. She should've gone looking for him that night instead of looking for memories. All she craved was the safety she found even when she was being cradled by his darkest shadows. Drunken and stumbling she staggered forward trying to focus on the numb the bottle in her hand would bring her rather than the blood trickling from her right temple. It mixed with her hair creating an almost more appealing color than the faded auburn.

She'd missed him. Not that she would ever admit it, missing was new and dangerous. It made her sick, more so than the mixture of blood and vodka. Emotions weren't something she welcomed, they made her judgement hazy. But the blonde haired leprechaun was the only one who understood her. And then he left. After he was gone she spent every night with the light on hoping that if she could rid the room of all of darkness he'd feel safe enough to come home.

The thought of her desperation made her chuckle and with one last swig of her drink Tyler could've sworn she felt his shadows come rock her to sleep. She barely heard a muffled voice read of Harreh's number before she let the darkness take her.

           "Promise me something." She whispered to Jayden as she knelt down in front of him. "Promise me that you'll never, ever fucking leave me. Dad's gone and tonight's been one of the worst I've had in a long time and you're the closest thing I have to him. He loved you...more than I think he loved me sometimes." Tears flooded her gaze and she grabbed her best friend's hands. "Please, please promise me." Mia held her pinky up at him and she looked almost desperate at this point. She hadn't talked to Ashton or her mother that day and she felt like dropping.

He can’t see it that way. He’s all fucked up with himself.

Well, Cameron said he can be fucked up for her. She's fucked up for him. Neither of them are exactly stable. And he doesn't have to be stable for her to love him. She loves him even more if he doesn't hide from her. But she's not forcing him out if he truly doesn't wanna come out.

that’s true

he should just think about it. no one hates him. it's impossible for cameron to be angry at him for the stupid stuff. he's the love of her life and he's the only one that can ever keep her balanced.
