There’s a package upon the doorstep with a note attached, simply saying “With love, Gears.” Inside, would be a gift for Feds– perhaps just because the copper bot had noticed how worn his clothes had looked previously, a little way of looking out for that particular Spine. A pair of black slacks would be included as well.

feds clicks into a small smile; he honestly doesn’t think he deserves such extravagance.  but he’s not going to argue with gears about it, that would be a losing battle.  quietly, he takes the clothes and goes to change into them.

mikas had been wandering into the kitchen to pour himself a tall glass of orange juice and he didn't want to bother gears yet again with another request.  he's certain the copper bot has plenty to do.  play with the ducks, feed the ducks, practic with static, make mischief, etc.  particularly that last one.  he's caught, of course, just as he's about to return to his bed and enjoy his drink.

there's a fond chuckle; as he approaches, a bit wobbly---- before kissing gears on the cheek.  ❝just wanted a glass of juice.  didn't want to interrupt you putting duck feathers in static's fedora.❞  wouldn't be the first time, certainly wouldn't be the last.  clearing his throat, he ambles for the stairs, thankfully it's a short trip to his bedroom and he gives slight pause just as he makes it up.

a further stop to use the restroom, it was a good idea while he was up.  he heard the footfalls of the bot and he knew that he would be watched as he used the bathroom, then entered his bedroom.  admittedly, the last bit of the walk was getting to him as he made it to the bed.  gears, of course, helped him onto the bed and tucked him in.  he sighed, taking the juice, and thanked him.
