‧₊˚౨ৎ good day, patron.
❛ i’m freezing cold... ❜
❝ Sorry I’m not much help inthat field. I’ll just make youcolder if I try to warm youup.❞
There is a shifting in Pitch's sand, the shadows are shifting a bit more to the left, the fearlings are oddly quiet inside the Nightmare King's head.
With a guarded expression, his golden gaze slid towards where he felt the darkness twist, itching the back of his mind instead of the usual scraping of claws through his consciousness. Something was wrong. The Nightmare King was unsure but he knew something was happening and it wasn’t good.
“I admit, it seems like something I would do but I am not involved this time...”

1 , 2 & 6 .
character solidifying! | @toothfaeriie | accepting!
1. How does your character think of their father? What do they hate and love about him? What influence - literal or imagined - did the father have?2. Their mother? How do they think of her? What do they hate? Love? What influence - literal or imagined - did the mother have?
Toothiana has always thought of both her parents in the highest of regards. they had always been caring&nurturing to her in her childhood, two that she could look up to for guidance, who were always there for her in her times of need. she loved that both were protective&very supportive of her.
most of what she remembers of them is all in positive light. her father&his stories, him taking her out to the jungles which surrounded the edge of their village to teach her of the different tracks animals made&how to spot them more easily, the sweet name he used to call her ( little bird ) . her mother&the songs she would sing to her at night before bed, her lessons to her on how to wield a sword to defend herself, when she would take the time to braid her hair, even teaching tooth how to do so herself.
there influence on her life has been monumental, even after their untimely demises. the lessons they instilled in her, from basic skills to survive to knowing when mercy is to be shown, even to the most insignificant of creatures; them teaching her to be ever focused&dedicated to whatever it was she decided to do in her life. even the devotion they showed towards one another is something that spiraled her on when she had first met the other guardians, her main reason for wanting to go collect the tooth from the gosling girl being she admired that same loyalty her&nightlight had to one another that her parents once had to each other.
without their influence, i doubt she would be the woman she is today.
6. Did they feel rejection or affection as a child?
Tons of affection. not only from her parents, but from those around her in her village, from all the children there. having such tight bonds with many of them. even after her fleeing from what was once her home after her loss, they had still been there to try to comfort her in her time of need in a time that she actually had felt the most rejection, at a time where she even hated herself for what she was, when she thought she belonged nowhere, all of them had been there for a time to let her know she was still cared for.
even if they had to be more cautious when come to see her, it was all to protect her from those adults in the village who thought she either a demon or a tool to be used for their own gain.
but never can it be said that toothiana did not feel affection in her childhood.
