Ooo this is a good one. Let's see.... here we go!
5. Sugar Cookies! These are a wonderful treat to bake and can be made into some very fun gifts if you're artistic enough 🩷
4. Gingersnaps. I cannot say why, but I prefer gingersnaps to ginger bread, I always have.
3. Thin Mints (or in my case the gluten free knock offs now) have and will always be the best Girl Scout cookie (to me, I know many are partial to Tagalongs or Samoas and everyone's cookie opinions are valid here).
2. Chocolate Chip. A classic, with super versatile add ins and one of my favorite to have with milk. I love brown butter based recipes with dark chocolate and milk chocolate chips for a better depth of flavor.
1. Carrot Cake Cookies. Okay so totally a plug for my baking blog but I made these (gluten free and sugar free) and whenever we have a get together I bring these.
