I met this girl just over a month ago. She's the first person I've ever felt save with. I told her my worst traumas with my head on her chest and her hands in my hair. She told me she wished she could take all my pain away. When we went for a walk by a lake her eyes were exactly the same blue gray color as the water. She is hard to get to know sometimes, but I am in no rush, I've loved every second with her so far. She smiles in this interesting little way that just makes my heart feel huge.

I’m truly moved. Lesbians are the best: loving and understanding. I feel like we are lucky to be gay and be able to experience woman’s love in a romantic way. I am lonely and sad. I had a girlfriend over a year ago and I’m still not over the heartbreak of her dumping me. She has a new girl. Why do they get to be happy while I’m left alone and cold? I’m just scared no one will ever fall in love with me again. Like I got one chance and now it’s over for me. I want to be whole by myself but I don’t know how. I am scared.

I’m sorry that you feel sad. I wish I could give you a hug. I can only imagine your pain. However, you are not alone in your situation. They are in your country or in different parts of the world, holding your hand in solidarity. Heartbreak is a very human experience. Embrace it.

You can look at this the other way: you may not believe this right now, but it’s very probable that something better awaits you. This break up was an opportunity to grow as a person. Take this pain and transform it into strength. Take the time alone and grow as a person: learn new skills, learn about yourself, do the things you always wanted to do. She's a friend but I wish I can be more than friends with her. She always looks flawless and perfect even on the days she says she looks bad. When she stops by my dorm by surprise my leg gives out sometimes b/c i don't know how to act around her. Sometimes i feel these moments when it's just us 2 and can feel the moment of just wanting to kiss each other but we back away b/c our friends show up outta no where. I would give my kidney and left lobe of my lung to her in a snap.

With my girlfriend I've never felt like love hurt. I want to share all the things we love, and be enthusiastic and happy about the things we can't. I love seeing her excited, and seeing her happy. She's beautiful and kind and loving and I have never felt pressured with her and she once talked me out of a dissociative haze back into reality. I wish I could see her in person. I've never met her in real life but I miss her in my heart and I just love her. And we have cute nicknames for each other.

When I see her, I see someone I’d want to spend forever with.. I see the ocean in her eyes, and hear my favorite songs in her voice... She cares about me like no one else, and I cannot imagine my life without her. She’s my favorite person in the world, and the only one that can make me smile when I’ve had a bad day... only problem is- she’s not my girl, and she probably won’t be. We live too far from each other and she’s way out of my league.. but I can’t help but love her anyway...

Hey! Don’t ever think that someone is out of your league. Love is not like applying for a job office. You don’t need to have a perfect CV according to social standards (and honestly “standards” are boring and passée). The rules that apply to love are different. It’s rather when you feel for the person and vibe with them despite all of your differences. Everyone who’s been in love can say the feeling is “otherworldly”. It’s because love is not an earthly feeling and earthly rules don’t apply here. We love with the soul that recognizes the person as their own. And souls don’t come from Earth. So it’s not up to you or anyone to decide she’s out of your league. If her soul loves you, it’s all that matters. And don’t worry about the distance. If it’s meant to be, you will end up together. I was long distance (two different continents, ocean between us) with my fiancée. We met on Tumblr. Then I came to Mexico to see her, and tomorrow we are going to Thailand together. So my girl dumped me almost a month ago. I know she's the person I want to marry but since she broke my heart she's been doing mad drugs and getting with other girls but she also says she loves me but doesn't want to be with me. I miss her but I don't want to be that pathetic loser that begs her to be with me. What should I do?

It’s though. If I were you, I’d tell her that I love her, I’m waiting for her, but I couldn’t be with her if she drives herself to death with drugs and is sleeping around because I love myself and that is not what I want from life. I’d let her know that she has a person to come back to and be loved by if she decides to take our relationship seriously and end this unhealthy lifestyle (stop being self destructive). I’d say I’d help her get better, that I’m rooting for her and her life and career achievements. I hope that she was just lost and it works out for you guys.
