Daughter of Silentstep, Auburncloud, and Cometfur. Sister of Twilightkit, Daisykit, Honeykit, Emberkit, and Umbrakit.
Cheerful and encouraging, this little lass has trouble choosing sides and standing up for herself. She prefers to be the support but when it comes to her siblings, it can escalate quickly; she becomes pushed and pulled into situations she has no need to be involved in. Because of this, she has trouble viewing herself as a valued voice and becomes quite surprised when anyone actually asks how she feels or what she thinks. She hides her distress with a smile.
Honeykit and Twilightkit are the ones who often bicker and use Topazkit as a tie breaker or to gain the upper hand. Her two older siblings do love her but can sometimes become too caught up in their pride and competitiveness to even notice Topazkit’s discomfort. She loves getting praise from them though, as a younger sibling, the little kit does look up to her older siblings as role models.
Daisykit is clever enough to consider her sisters feelings and is usually the sibling Topazkit can be comfortable with. However sometimes Daisykit can sure talk her ear off complaining about their older siblings and how dumb they are, and Topazkit can’t help but defend them.
Emberkit and Topazkit are practically inseparable. Topazkit is the shoulder her younger sister leans on and tells everything to. With Emberkit, Topazkit feels like she can finally be in control and guide Emberkit as best as she can. She’s very patient and encouraging to the anxious kit and knows best how to reassure and calm her down.
With Umbrakit, Topazkit isn’t too sure how to interact with her brother. He definitely seems as in need of help as Emberkit but the stubborn little tom is quick to snap at her, so she tends to keep her mouth shut and watch him from afar. She’s very curious about him but keeps her distance, since Umbrakit is just so intimidating to her. She’s just as quick as anyone else in her family to defend her baby brother when some cat comments disapprovingly of him.
