Roast Pork time again!
Roast pork time again. This time I got a bone in pork shoulder. Added apple vinegar and basil olive oil to prep along with some apples and lemon grass. Same rub from before with brown sugar, sea salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder. Stuffed some garlic and dates in and put it in the oven. 7.5 lb shoulder, cooked it at 325 for 5 hours to 175 degrees.
