ThIs is me with the mushrooms I chopped. Pastor Michael English and his wonderful wife gave me so many that I chopped them and put them in this Mason jar to put them in the freezer to freeze them to store them longer so they won't fit sooner. You can also use the Mason jars to store in another way without needing a freezer nor refrigerator. I live marinated mushrooms on salads that have been stored that way these in my hand will be great on meats, in casseroles, and more. Thank you, Pastor Michael English.
