After coming back to the campsite, it was only her and Zuko that agreed to stay up for a little longer. She drags her feet over toward the ledge near by and sits down on it. Even though she couldn't see it, she could feel the heat from the fire keeping them warm. The earth bender remembered hearing something today that had her curious. It made her wonder if this would still be a sensitive subject for her to bring up the fire bender.

Eh, what does she have to lose? "So, you have a scar?" Toph asks. Her eyebrow raises as she looks to what she hoped would be in his direction. 'What a great conversation starter, this one is for the books!' Toph thinks. She can't help but grin to herself. And she realizes she should stop smiling. Especially after asking him such a question.

To be honest, she might still be a little mad at Katara for earlier. But she did appreciate what Katara was doing for her right now. Even when they didn't get a long at least Katara still cared enough to help her with her wound. If it were the other way around? She wasn't sure she'd be able to do the same thing. At least not in the full capacity that Katara was doing right now. And it wasn't like she got hurt often, but in the times that she did, she was glad to have the gang around.

"Katara?" Toph asked. The other girl was still tending to her injured leg. And right now, that wasn't even the thing that was hard for her to deal with. She wasn't sure if Katara was even looking at her but she spoke anyway. "I'm sorry for earlier..." There's a pause then. "And thank you."

Was he saying this right now to butter her up? Normally it seemed he was always going to Katara. Or even Sokka and Zuko before he went to her. So, what gives? It wasn't like she was the best person to go to when it came to given out advice. But it did seem like Aang was desperate at this point. Which was saying something. So, to say she wasn't the least curious would be stretching.

With an eyebrow raised she looks at him. "And how am I the only one you can go to?" Toph had her arms crossed at her chest. "I mean it's not like you really come to me all that much when you need something. Unless it's earth bending related."

"I don't know, but you all kind of like to hear yourselves talk. I'm just saying. Well, except for Zuko over there. He's the only one that gets a pass."

This was her payback for Sokka. That morning she had been sleeping peacefully when she was rudely awakened by him yelling at them to wake up. They all thought that something must have happened. But it turned out that it was nothing.

That was the ultimate betrayal. Especially when it always seemed to be the other way around. Meaning that Sokka was normally the one wanting to sleep in during the morning.

With her being used to just seeing the world around her with her feet, it was easy for her to be quiet. To be able to sneak up on Sokka from behind. Plus it ultimately helped that Sokka let out a shriek letting her know exactly where he was.

Toph couldn't help but smirk. "Gotcha." Toph whispers.

She hurls the pillow at him and she hopes that she was able to hit her target. It seemed like she was able to do so since he was still talking out loud. Yet she remained silent.

Her next move wasn't even to hit him with another pillow. She was already out of ammo. However, she had another idea in mind.

As he spoke up she moves in a quiet manner. Eventually, she makes her way to him and makes a leap for it. Jumping to land on his back. Wrapping her arms around him to secure herself.

"Hey Snoozle! I found you." Toph teases.
