This back injury has made me recenter my own body and comfort, which is a fancy way of saying that I can't wear any kind of bra without intense pain right now, so I'm not. And I'm still going out in public, on edge and ready to fight anyone who wants to say something about it. More than that, I'm having to accept my strange, oddly proportioned body without the garment that molds it into a societally acceptable form. Every time I think I'm free, I find some new boss to fight on the edges of my conscious mind. My body is not a scandal, and neither is yours. #effyourbeautystandards #effyourbodystandards #toplessequality #sexistdresscodes #queerliberation (at Kamilche, Washington) https://www.instagram.com/p/B8SpSnPFZpB/?igshid=xxaub7glo6lo
Whelp. I was finally getting over my earlier depression. But then @vimeo sends me this shit. Apparently they've arbitrarily decided my videos are "commercial" and are demanding I upgrade to the much more expensive Pro account OR THEY WILL REMOVE ALL MY VIDEOS. I'm so fucking tired of fighting every single #socialmedia site just trying to find a platform to fight for #freethenipple #toplessequality without being censored or banned. But it doesn't matter. They all hate me /women. It's an uphill battle with every single website, to say nothing of the hundreds of insults and sexual harassment I get every day (which is allowed just fine, because social media hates women but loves rape and death threats) Maybe this is a sign it's time to quit #toplesstopics. Refuse to pay vimeo their blood money, refund everyone on Patreon, unplug and focus on irl stuff like my existing child, and the other one is on the way. Nothing is worth this much constant work and stress, when the support I do get is very seldom and very little compared to the moooountains of abuse. I love and appreciate those of who who get it and who support me, but you don't realize how much constant physical, mental and emotional work this all is. And after five plus years of it, it just seems to get harder and worse. I'm too tired to even care right now. Fuck you vimeo, you win, take my videos down. Honestly almost no one but perverts and trolls watch them. I'm done.

Watch this short film that portrays the rigid dichotomy between the rights and social roles of men and women, where the latter are given unrestricted carte blanche.
Equality is an incessant and unceasing issue. With gender roles switched in this film, and in turn shown in a new light, the insidious tensions between male and female counterparts is more evident.
The didactic purpose of this video is for us all, male and female, to learn from it, not only in regards to gender issues, but also the inequalities surrounding sexuality, race, religion, social class, and MORE.
We have to make this a world better place, one step at a time, and the first step is beginning with OURSELVES. Only until we change our views on acceptance within our hearts and minds internally can we see a difference in our external world.

Flash The Abyss: Lemolo Lake, OR
This morning as I was sunbathing, I was approached by Police in a car that drove up onto the sand of Venice Beach to tell me that I have to put my top on or they'd have to take me in. I was in shock because I had been following multiple celebratory headlines in the past months indicating that toplessness had finally become legal at Venice. Turns out these celebrations where due to a Venice Neighborhood Council vote in its favor but no official law has yet been passed.
After a weekend in Miami where toplessness is overlooked (but not necessarily legal) participating in a Pussy Empowerment Immersion at Mama Gena's School of Womanly Arts, I was moved to tears of disbelief. This same law enforcement that feels justified in advising me not to go to the beach by myself when a man threatened to shoot me and "women like me" while I was doing morning yoga and I didn't want to talk to him. The same police that laughed at me when I told them I was being followed by a man who was jerking off on a busy street in broad daylight. The same patriarchy giving me yet another command to simply accept blatant inequality and carry on with my day. I promise to use this as fuel as I dedicate myself and my art to the revolution and restoration of the inherent Sacred Nature of the feminine in all her glorious freedom.
Thank you all for your love and support as we continue to Flash The Abyss. We will not be tamed.
