Hershey’s #Eaternet
After spending most of my creative time developing print ads and updating previously created assets, I love when brands create fun executions from time to time. Like this one, from Hershey’s in Brazil, where the brand created unexpected engagement from the entire country in a very limited amount of time.
As seen in the video above, after purchasing a bar of Hershey’s chocolate, customers could enter a unique code on a fun website where they could win 1.5kg of chocolate “bars” that were shaped into different icons: glasses, video game controllers, etc. Winers were encourage to film their reaction after receiving their winnings and post them on social media.
In the end, engagement with the brand was up, sales went upwards 20%, and it was all done in two months. Visit their #eaternet page here but be know that the site is in Portuguese; still, fun nonetheless.
