The start of Bart's story his life before he joined the guild
Bart and Alvis are both friends with a fellow scientist psychic type Tornonbor.
Expect they’re friends with different heads.
Bart is only friends with Tor and have a wholesome Grandpa and grandchild relationship
while Alvis is friends with Non and Bor where they get to be jerky old men together
Tornonbor belongs to @srarlight
From many limbs to very few. They make up for it with heads though.
Its been awhile since I’ve drawn these guys digitally. Thought it would be a fun little break to sketch them up in a sort of accurate size comparison thing since I’ve never taken the time to do and I probably should have made one sooner. Tornonbor is almost 7 ft with the help of his leafs here.
Happy Halloween! here have a creepy doodle
☼ Tornonbor in a Wren-inspired outfit? :D
Forest Fire!!
Tornonbor’s Family! (well not everyone, that number is rather massive)
The Exeggutor that hail from The Great Grove Mother are in no short supply and can come in many shapes and sizes, but the relationship between the many children was always decently pleasant while with their mother. The children could group up with those who company they enjoyed the most and if they wanted to, would go to the Mother’s leaf stone to evolve. Due to the safety attained in the grove, many of these newly evolved Exeggutor would willingly leave the grove later on to make room for newly born Exeggcute to get a safe upbringing. If it is left unchecked, Exeggutor could easily over populate an area even if the area started with only one as they reproduce constantly through the act of resetting. Gender is a really loose concept with Exeggutor as heads are technically genderless with only a tree holding a biological sex for those rare occasions where they breed with others outside of their continual asexual reproduction. Heads can identify however they wish with gender and multiple heads on a singular tree can be a mixed bag of identities in that regard.
An interesting practice with Exeggutors from the grove is that they will show adoration and respect they hold for other Pokemon by  painting their bodies in a pattern that represents the Pokemon who means a lot to them. As time goes on a tree can become very colorful with this practice. One can often tell the age of an Exeggutor’s tree with how painted it is although those that travel outside of the grove can come to lose knowledge of their own custom do to memory loss through resetting (much as Tornonbor has).
Let me tell you a story about one of the two people Tor,Non, or Bor ever developed more feelings for than a sense of respec and why it's not a good idea to date anyone if you so happen to be a tree with three independent wills.
You see back when Tornonbor was in their prime, they had developed feelings for a lovely tangrowth coworker named Lily. And by they I mean two of them had. You see Non wanted nothing to do with love and crushes. He was very busy as it were with his studies, but of course that wasn't going to stop Tor or Bor now would it? This is when the questions and debates started to rear their ugly heads. How, they asked, was any relationship going to work like this. They were glued together indefinitely and not all three shared the feelings. What if by pure hypothetical magic that later Non had a crush on someone but Tor or Bor was dating this tangrowth. It seemed doubtful another would understand the idea that these three all had different interests and needs. In fact would this tangrowth even be comfortable with the idea that any number over one liked her. Wasn't that taboo? And of course Non the head guy the one who did all the talking couldn't be bothered which would lead to some uncomfortable situations would it not? In the end it was decided that one head would give it a shot while the others kept quiet, which they understood was an awful Idea but as it turned out Bor was rather persistent and made life a living heck for Tor and Non. Non eventually gave up and Tor would give up pursuing his own crush to let Bor give it a good college try.
Somehow despite Bor's somewhat questionable demeanor and lack of professionalism, he was able to eventually convinced the lovely Lily to go on a date without discussing the several prolific issues about the complex intricacies of a three willed being trying to conform to societies mating trends. These types of topics should have probably been discussed but they were not. Bor was hard pressed to clue her in on the inner arguments and bickering going on inside their heads and as you can imagine during the actual date there was a lot of uncensored chatter going on behind the closed doors that was Tornonbor's synchronized mind. Tor was calling out claiming "She wouldn't be here right now if you told her the truth about us not being a hive mind you idiot!" And Non even more loudly calling "Bor this is never going to work. Might as well kiss her once and walk away I seriously doubt a species that is meant to self populate is supposed to date. Your such an arrogant buffoon for even trying!" As as time went on these statements took quite the harsh turn to brash insults and childish ploys of name calling and mockery. Â Bor, who was diligently trying to ignore the two, found his easily excited temper swelling to record heights and wouldn't you know it he let his dissatisfaction out both verbally and psychically.Â
Have you ever seen a pokemon quite literally start hitting itself on its own free will?Â
This poor gal certainly hadn't and she was stuck witnessing the most awkward tussle she would ever see in her life before abruptly leaving.
Safe to say lessons were learned and decisions were made.
Neither Tor, Non, or Bor ever attempted to date anyone ever again.
