Drew Plays Pokemon Crystal
My Eevee breeding program has been quite successful. In addition to the first offspring 'Beta' who had become a quite powerful level 35 Jolteon, I have two Eevee eggs in my party. I'm planning to evolve them into an Espeon and an Umbreon eventually.
Finally managed to defeat Claire, clear the Dragon Den, and get the 8th gym badge. This was the first gym I didn't clear on the first try. Dragon types are tough. I had to spend a while leveling up Beta to clear Claire's Kingdra, and Nan pretty much soloed all the Dragonairs and Dragonites with Ice Punch. I'm really surprised how much of a powerhouse she turned out to be.
I now have a cute little Dratini named Toroth. He's only level 15, so he has a long way to go before I can teach him Fly. Gave him the Exp Share, now it's time to go grind trainers and wild Pokemon for a while before I can face the Elite Four.
