Writing A Day: Day 29

The prompt was A and B mess something up but this is more like just A does but whatever. One more day after this finally. Have some Akiko and Torte again.

“Are you okay?” Torte asks. He looks down at his girlfriend, wondering why she is on her back. Akiko sighs but stays where she is. 

“I was trying to skateboard but I wiped out. I’ll be fine.”

“So that was the thud I heard? You sure you are alright? That sounded pretty hard.”

To prove her point, Akiko props herself up on her arms. She tries to hold back a wince. “See, fine. I mean, this isn’t the worst thing that has happened to me, ya know.”

Torte sticks out a hand, which Akiko takes. “This is true, but will you just be more careful next time.”

“No promises, love.”

Name Meaning(s): Torte Toffee Adel. Torte is a type of cake that can be dark brown in color and his middle name also is a brown sweet. This matches with his mothers sweet food theme.

Age: Torte is about 6 years of age.

Looks: Dark brown hair with flecks of red/orange/yellow in it, sea blue eyes, and light skin. Torte is half human/half rabbit faunus. He is of normal height for his age and when he is full grown he is 6’2”. He also gets some ear, a nose, and a lip pricing when older and some tattoos (still working on that).

Family: Torte is the last child and son born to Coco and Velvet. He gets his human looks from of course, Coco. Torte has three older siblings. His oldest is Mocha who is 5 years older than him, and then Auburn and Sienna who are 2 years older. He is close with his brother but is the closest to Mocha. Sienna and he have a typical older sister/younger brother relationship in that he is a little shit to her.

Small Bio: When Torte was born, he was assigned female at birth. For the first 4-5 years of his life, he spent it being addressed by a she. One day, when with his older sister Mocha, he expressed to her how he didn’t like being called a girl and wanted to be like his brother Auburn and called a boy and cut his hair. Mocha told him if he wanted to be seen as a boy then he should. With her help, he cut his hair short and then told his mothers, both who expected their son. They started to use the name and pronouns he wanted and go him new clothes to make him feel comfortable.

As he grows up, Torte idolized rock stars. He wanted to be in front of a crowd, playing to others, and hearing the roar of people. He learns how to play the piano. Much to Coco’s dismay, he starts dressy like one or just plain old messy.

Semblance: Terrakinesis. Torte can control different types of earth and lift up rocks (how long depends on how long he can hold it. He can still feel the pressure of large rocks when lifting them). While it is still being worked on, he goes to Beacon a year early. 

Personality: Torte always wants to be doing something. He has an active mind and body and has a tough time sitting in school. Outside, when playing, that is where he learns the best. Torte likes to do his own thing and not have others tell him otherwise. Torte does what he wants. He also can be very messy and not pick up after himself, leaving it for later (which can be a long ass time). Torte can be insecure about his looks and spends a lot of time making sure he looks like he wants to.  

On the other hand, Torte is good natured. He wants to make others happy. Like his older sister, Mocha, he has a laid-back look on life and tries not to let a lot of things get to him. Just relaxing under the shade of a tree is a good day to him.

Romo/Sexuality and Gender: Torte is demi-panromo/Grey-pansexual, polyamorous and a trans male. He ends up with both Akiko-Belladonna Xiao Long and Aster Zecloris. The ship name is called Strawberry Shortcake.

Other facts:

-Torte is allergic to peanut butter.

-When out in the woods, he loves to capture herps (amphibians and reptiles).

-Doesn’t mind as much not having any faunus features. He still is proud of his faunus side but he isn’t as worried as his brother about it.

-If it wasn’t for Coco, he would wear the same stuff for a few days.

-Loves space

Akiko strolls into her dorm, covered in sweat. After a longday at the gym, all she wants to do is take a shower and then lay down on herbed to take a nap. She is surprised to notice that her girlfriend and boyfriendare in the dorm also. It is not that surprised with Torte, being her teammate,though Aster lives elsewhere. Not that she isn’t happy to see them, however.

“Hey, Aki!” Torte says, waving a little. He is sitting onhis bed (actually more like hanging off of it). Aster, who does sit on the endof the bed, looks up from her book.

“How was your work out?” She asks.

“It was good.” Akiko throws her bag on her bed. She turnsaround and grins. “You two want a hug?”

“Ew, no,” Aster answers, sticking out her tongue. Tortesnaps up and shakes his head. He is not interested either. Akiko rolls her eyesand starts to walk over towards the bathroom.

“You guys are no fun.”

so instead of Akiko going at 18, Torte and crystal going at 17 and Azure at 16, they all are down an age. So Akiko goes at 17, Tor and Crystal go at 16, and Azure goes at 15 (im still working how those three got in early but fuckin Azure being like her mom and getting in two years early and being a leader pft. That’s wasn’t planned it just so happened to be but pft im going to have fun with this)

Now I'm just thinking how small Akiko is. I think I put down she is like 3'4" at her canon age cause when I first made her she was 5 then I bumped up her age twice. Mean while Azure at 5 is like 3'6" and then you got Yuki who is also 5 taller than her (how tall idk I haven't done his canon age height yet) and then Torte and Crystal who are six are all taller than her. No one knows why she is so small. She just is. But she stays smaller than her friends and cousin for a bit before finally hitting a growth spurt and ending up 5'6" and is taller than her friends and cousin. For a bit. Fuck Azure gets some of Jaune's genes and ends up 5'10" and Torte is 6'2". Azure being taller than her pisses her off but she teases the fuck out of not only Crystal, even though she ends up a inch smaller than her, but her other cousin Clover who is a year older and ends up 5'2" and it pisses her off (and Akiko's older sister Yue who ends up 5'4") Aki is just a troll pretty much. Meanwhile Yuki doesn't really care (his final height will be taller than Clover but smaller than Akiko. Small boy)
