“Look, I know it’s hard to understand. I know that it really doesn’t make sense, to you or really anyone else for that matter. I know what you do Leon, I know what you are. I don’t step into things like this blind. I’ve read up on the horrors you’ve committed, the things you’ve done. But that doesn’t matter right now. What matters right now, is me, and you and what that might become. I didn’t imprison you, because I thought you could be better. I knew what it’s like to be stuck on a path with no choice, to have to try and fight against it. You belong here, not because you’re a hero already, but because you could be. Because you have so much potential to be an amazing person.” A sigh left the canine’s mouth as he backed away and leaned himself against a wall slowly sliding down to the ground.
