it just struck me all at once.
on wednesday, becca’s going to live with me. she’s going to be in my state, in my city, in my house...forever. no more pining. no more countdowns until we see each other again. no more $400 to visit each other across the country. no more “internet relationship.” she’ll be able to change her address at the post office and her city on facebook.
i’ll really have her. i’ll genuinely have her forever. after three years of waiting for this moment, on wednesday, the waiting will be over.
