"It’s…oh." James frowned, staring at Torunn on the other side of the video screen. "Guess I haven’t quite figured out the time difference between here and Asgard, yet." He was still marveling over the fact Tony had managed to rig a communications device to reach Asgard. Normally, he couldn’t talk to Torunn unless she was here…or he sent a message through someone going to the other realm. But now…there she was. Right on the other side of the screen. Looking sleepy, but gorgeous as ever.

Sif sat against the wall of the room she shared with Torunn in the little camp and studied her sword. She had sent word to Asgard requesting supplies for these people but had yet to hear anything. In order to keep her mind off of such things, she busied herself with cleaning the blade of both her sword as well as her daughters.
