It comes after rough sleeping more than doubled since 2010 from 1,768 people in England to 4,751. Rough sleepers often sleep in the subway next to Parliament. A Labour source said the man, believed to be in his 40s, was thought to be the same man who Jeremy Corbyn's staff visited regularly and gave hot food. The Labour leader asked for flowers to be placed at the scene."
