Alex and Sam start dating first, Clover is supportive but secretly jealous even though she's definitely straight and doesn't think about what it's like to kiss them constantly. She makes so many "ew homo" jokes to cope
Alex and Sam both realize pretty quickly that Clover is definitely Not Straight and in denial, which they'd love nothing more than to tease her about but they're actually super patient with her as they don't want to scare her away. They do a lot of research on polyamory in secret and very slowly ease her into being comfortable with joining them on dates and for cuddles and affection. Not that she would shy away from physical affection with her girls, but knowing she was also being romanced might actually break her. Occasional teasing does definitely happen as Clover gets more comfortable in her sexuality but they all respect and move at Clover's pace
Clover finally admits her feelings and joins the relationship months before she actually kisses her girlfriends. She is taking things VERY slowly but her girls are okay with that
The girls go through comical lengths to hide their relationship from Jerry, who already knows and doesn't remotely care but enjoys their poor attempts at hiding the lipstick smudged on their faces and their jumping 6 feet apart cus they're not gay too much to tell them.
Sam realizes she's a lesbian, Alex and Clover are bisexual
