Rollercoaster Totemist
Beasts, dragons, hurricanes, black holes... is it any wonder mages would take an interest?
[ ][ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] Chain Lift – Once per round, you may activate Chain Lift to gain one Height, up to a maximum of your level of Chain Lift. You gain a bonus to your next roll equal to your current Height, and then lose one Height.
[ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] Spirit Track – With a sweeping gesture, you can manifest a length of ethereal rollercoaster track around you. You can create up to 30 feet per level of Spirit Track at once, and can maintain up twice that length. Anything moving along the track doubles its speed and doesn't have to focus on their direction, but must put in massive effort if they wish to leave the track without reaching its conclusion, dropping their speed to a quarter that turn.
[ ] Galvanized Lift – Once per encounter, if you have not activated Chain Lift yet, you may spend your turn in intense concentration to immediately reach your maximum Height.
[ ][ | ][ | ] Drop Power – You can spend your Height in a rush to power a strong charging attack. For one turn, increase your movement speed by 10% per level of Drop Power for each Height spent, and deal 1 bonus force damage per level of Drop Power for each full 20 feet travelled in a charge before attacking. You also experience the sensation of falling while this effect is active.
[ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] Helix Arts – The rolling, looping track is in your heart. You may spend Height to gain a d6 bonus to all acrobatics and physical dexterity-based rolls for each Height spent, lasting d6 rounds per level of Helix Arts.
[ ][ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] Bank Turn – Whenever you are thrown, launched, dropped, or otherwise propelled, you can move your arms together to alter your course slightly. You can change the direction of your flight by 15 degrees per level of Bank Turn.
[ | ][ | ] Rite of the Balanced Track – The track of your heart is designed perfectly, conserving momentum and using it only where it counts. Whenever you spend Height, regain half of the Height spent, rounded down. At second level, round up instead.
[ | | ] Phantom Coaster – With a strong overhand gesture, you can summon a rapidly-moving rollercoaster car anywhere within 10 feet of you. Once it has manifested, it will travel straight forward unless directed or halted by its environment, and will deal 3d6 force damage to anything it collides with at maximum speed, and will dematerialize after d6 rounds. It can seat 4 passengers but this is not recommended for health and safety reasons.
