鳥取市まちあるき

2023/03/22　鳥取市まちあるき。 鳥取駅から延びる若狭街道、智頭街道に挟まれた「花見橋通り」を歩きました。株式会社まるにわのみなさんのご案内で、鳥取市リノベーションまちづくり構想実現のための先行エリアとして位置づけられている、花見橋通り界隈を歩きました。それぞれの物件も興味深かったのですが、鳥取中心市街地活性化協議会の方々はじめ、 多彩なまちあるきのメンバーの顔ぶれに、 すでにプラットフォームのようなものが形成されていることを感じました。変わりゆく兆しが十分感じられるまちあるきでした。

いんしゅう鹿野まちづくり協議会

2022/01/08　いんしゅう鹿野まちづくり協議会。地域がマネジメントする空き家再生の取り組みとして、ずっと気になっていた鹿野をようやく訪問。これまでの取り組みを中心にお話をうかがいました。 協議会設立のきっかけとしてのビジョンはありましたが、協議会のやることとして「行政、公民館、自治会ができないことをやる。地域のためになることをやる」という、明快な行動規範が活動をかたちづくっているように感じました。試行錯誤の取り組みを重ねてこられた結果、空き家の利活用からサブリース、移住者の受け入れと活動が広がってきた様子が感じられました。 また、サブリース事業を始めたきっかけとなった空き家所有者の方の言葉「知らない人には貸せないけど、まちづくり協議会には貸してもいい」が、印象に残りました。空き家再生に取り組む地域の役割を端的に表しているように思います。
