Hey. I saw that you have a Luca Ancier print on your imprint and I wanted to let you know that it's amazing and I love it. Have you read The Sovereign yet? And if so, do you feel like sharing some of your thoughts/feelings about it?

Hi! Well first of all thank you :)

I have indeed read the Sovereign (listened to it) (twice at this point) and HELL YEAH I fucking loved it! What a satisfying conclusion! Any other ending would have landed hollow or questionable I think It got a little chaotic in the last stretch but so did the other two books I am quite upset about the whole hedge situation (if you know what I mean - don't want to spoil it for anybody) Also that wedding night are you kidding me 👀

ALSO I keep meaning to draw those two but with this semester in full swing and my WIP pile higher than I can throw my iPad that might still have to wait a little bit However! I can give you this little completely unfinished nugget

what if you were in love with a girl and she was like a literal sword princess and you were a cool hot butch who can do kickflips but also she was responsible for a lot of your friends and family dying but also not as responsible as some people, maybe, maybe? and your mom has issues with her but you have mommy issues and your mom sent you to romance her for the good of your people but also you might be in romance with her for real but how do you know if it's real and what does love mean, actually, and what does duty mean, and faith, and what if you didn't fit in in the land that birthed you and you didn't fit in in the land that raised you and you felt like you're supposed to choose the former but sometimes the latter feels better in spite of it all and what if she held your head in her lap because you've got ptsd from the time her soldiers shot you to death. all of this happened to my good friend touraine.
