In the early hours of Sunday morning rumour had it a storm was coming in from the south. So i waited for it lol. Not sure why but I love riding in the rain and today would be no exception. The hour of power began with a few reps of #RegentsPark followed by those big gear nasty light to light intervals, mouth open breathing like I was being chased.
