not gonna lie when i was first seriously getting into Joost’s music I thought it was a little childish how hung up he was on his eurovision disqualification and then I watched a YouTube documentary on his journey and holy shit he’s a stronger man than I would’ve been in ANY of those situations
and then on top of everything he’s still motivated by unity and peace.
