dave and karkat both keep terrible sleeping habits so at like three a.m. they both go out somewhere they won't disturb people and record terrible videos of them being doofuses or playing britney spears covers

then dave convinces kk to post them on the band's youtube page

and they get way more views than any of their actual videos it's terrible

the way that erikar happens is like this

he hits on everyone cause he's eridan but then karkat actually responds to him and doesn't threaten him with a knitting needle like a certain electric violinist 

so then eridan starts trying to talk to kk more and kk accepts his number without thinking about it because while eridan is all SO SUPER EXCITED HIS FAVORITE DRUMMER'S TALKIN TO HIIM AND ALL

karkat just has this rule to be nice to the fans because no one else really does it (maybe john but hell if egbert is gonna represent the band alone) so he's always nice to people and this fish troll always catches him right after a set when he's super tired and docile. so he just kind of nods along and doesn't really pay attention much until the kid hands him his number and

basically kk and dave realize around the same time that john is never gonna Relationship healthily with either of them

roxy is the token pop star artist on the tour and at first a lot of people are rude to her and lots of people assume that she only got in because her sister rose is in one of the bands (or vice versa sigh)

but then after like three shows it becomes abundantly clear that roxy is a pretty tough gal and will stop an entire set if she sees someone in the pit fall and no one pick them up and then she'll have them removed 

hell she might even do it herself in her prettiest, sparkliest dress if people don't move fast enough for her liking
