It's the bastard, Tovak. He's nearly as old as Invidia in terms of when I made him. He's no longer a Galra! He's now my own species I've created to fit within the story I have for Invidia! He's not any less of a manipulative narcissist, though.

I'm redesigning his "old" look, more inline with how he used to look when I first made him, so it makes more canonical sense why he looks so different now.
