W14D7: tempo 4 (target 8:01) All pictures from Bryon's car. Today we sort of woke up early (7 am) to hit up our tempo miles. It was so humid it was doing that spontaneously raining thing. I'm currently waiting for Bryon to finish while it pours. This was not in the forecast. My splits were 8:18, 8:14, 8:14, 8:05 with several quick walk or water breaks. I'm looking forward to cooler weather. I'm also ready to rest the rest of the day.
