Do you find yourself shipping any rarepairs in the dr fandom?
- Amamjo is the big one (ETA: I’ve sinced learned that it’s been dubbed “Amojo” by the larger fandom.). I have a fic for that, but yeah, embracing a ship that’s based entirely on a side manga and includes a character who seems to be ace in the game alone? Pretty damn rare.
- I really love Hinamiki, which I’ve mentioned before and again, I did a fic for it. Main reason for this one is Island Mode. The Tsumiki ending for Island Mode plucked all my heartstrings and melted me into a puddle.
Beyond that, nothing too rare, although… I do have some ideas for crackships that I think I could learn to embrace. Like, for example, Towagami (Haiji/Byakuya)? I can honestly see that working surprisingly well. I’ve been tempted to go there a few times, but, well, Haiji is a toxic figure in the fandom on the best of days, and for plenty of good reason. So I doubt I’ll ever really try it.
