Some plein air paintings I did in gouache in my little sketchbook. There’s Tower Hall at my old University, the landscape of Big Bear Lake, a face study, some sky scrapers in Tel Aviv, and the good ol shores of my home, Laguna Beach.

Today's the first day that I willingly sat outside to just enjoy the weather..mmm.. and also people watch. I just had my muscle anatomy test and I have no idea how it's going to turn out. 

Awe, I just saw an indian couple walk by... and the way they looked at each other = priceless. Then a nerdy asian couple! So fuckin lovey-dovey. A white guy on a scooter. An asian guy telling his friend if he doesn't get "a job" he's going to work out everyday over the summer. 

Eh, sitting here picking off my sticker nail polish (what a waste). The Tower Hall goes off, I think it's 5:00 pm. 

A little mexican girl whining for her mom. A dad videotaping his daughter at the fountain. A little boy falls and his mom picks him up and he smiles at me. Pretty sure that guy is taking a picture for his instagram. 

More couples walk by. The spinning sound of a bicycle whizzes by. 

Now I'm back at watching the little girl play at the fountain yelling "DADDY" because she's having the time of her life playing with the water and with what looks like a Philz coffe cup. 

I think a new couple is testing the ropes of PDA because at first, they weren't holding hands. Now they are. Then they aren't. Now the guy put his arm around the girl. 

Noisy gym rat asians. 

Got caught up in a conversation with old classmates about concerts. 

Sat out for probably a good 45 minutes.

It makes me wish I had someone to share this bench with.
