I suppose I’d be lying to say I didn’t get a couple of fools that dare to mock the attire of my ancestry. Miles also has a tendency to allow fools to push him around when he feels deserving of it.

I mentioned it in a previous post, but part of Romsir’s universe collapsed, and it killed them. Their half-brother, Daemos, pulled them out before their body could be completely mulched, but they’re still dealing with some pretty heavy surface and internal damage.
Their body is basically glitching out everywhere the collapse touched them; their right leg, left arm, and eyes are completely lost, and their hips, spine, and parts of their skull need to be replaced in part as well. Several internal organs have also suffered damage, and the same for a good part of their musculature and their skin.
There was initially no attempts to save them, and they died shortly after being pulled out of the collapse. Their body was autopsied later. In the afterlife, some shenanigans Romsir was pulling gave them a second chance at life and they resurrected in the middle of that autopsy, which is where the Y-shaped scar I draw them with comes from.
Romsir walked around looking like a really messed up corpse for a hot second before their half-brother Daemos convinced them to undergo reconstructive surgery; he was the one who provided the genetic material to regrow things like muscles and skin for them. Their missing limbs and parts of their spine couldn’t reasonably be regrown, so they were replaced with prostheses instead. Romsir’s still heavily scarred, but now they’re some sort of human-furry hybrid.
Anyways that’s what happened to them, and that’s why DTL Romsir and TNC Romsir look so very different! DTL Romsir was pulled from one week before the apocalypse, TNC Romsir was pulled from two years after.
