i had that dream 5 years ago now and it is still memorable because of how particularly distressing it was. i feel like i was trapped in it for weeks. i was on a roadtrip with a friend ive never met in real life, then i was trapped in a labyrithine dentist's office looking for a bathroom, then i was at a convention held in a defunct/dying mall, and it kept going like that. the dream ended in a parking structure that was miles tall and actively collapsing while i was searching for my car. i was crammed in an elevator with like 10 other people + percy and freaking out, and he told me "hey man, have a coke joker and maybe you'll calm down." he tried to hand me the bottle but my hand clipped through it and that finally woke me up.

object from my dream the other night called “coke joker” (quotations included). it was normal coke, but in a really squat bottle, and it turned a weird creamy white when you shook it before it turned back to normal. i think it was a movie tie-in stunt but there was no marketing on the packaging besides the name. i did not get to taste it but my hand did phase halfway through a bottle of it shortly before i woke up

ok so the warm-toned gradient won the poll but i think im gonna go w the rainbow toned one... some tags on the post mentioned the rainbow one gave like, almost bittersweet/journey's end feelings and i really like that for the tone of the fic itself. i hadn't really considered how the colors would mesh with the fic's tone and was more concerned with was looked best on a quick glance
