These plush are super common. There's lots of different sizes and fabric types of this floating around. Relatively inexpensive and easy to find secondhand by just searching "Scooby Wizard".

This plush is of Big the Cat, and was made by Toy Network. Unlike most other Toy Network plushes, Big did not receive any variants.

The plush is one of three Big the Cat plushes to be manufactured. The others are from GE and the SA1 set, respectively:
