Good question! Some of these are kind of obvious because it relates to the character, but I think they’re the most realistic.

Strade- wild boar (I agree with Gato)

Ren- fox

Lawrence- deer, or jackalope if possible

Sano and Akira- snakes

Vincent- wolf

Cain- raven

Rire- black cat

Derek- hyena

Celia- I actually struggled with Celia. I think I get ferret vibes from her— not domestic ones, wild ones. They’re very well coordinated and hunt rodents.

Mason- bear

Bonus:

Komodo: python

Dragon: Komodo dragon

Jack: German shepherd (or jackal, I guess)

Tom: Labrador

Jaqueline: jaguar (not a play on her name, I just genuinely think that)

I wish tom was talked about more. he gets me through everything. he deserves more love. my heart and soul ache for him. I love tom so deeply. in my head, we live in a small apartment with our cats struggling to stay afloat. we know it'll be okay though, because we still have each other. we'll get through any and everything together. my love for tom is endless. I'll give him the world and so much more.

every time I see tom mentioned i always get super excited only to read something minor like "he's cute and sweet. he deserves better." It makes sense, he's only a background character after all, but i can't help feeling a bit disappointed by such a small comment. he's beautiful. he's perfect. that deserves to be recognized. discovering tom is one of the best things that have happened to me. my stupid soundcloud musician.
