#tptgw notes

I went to another local production of tptgw last night! shoutout to the mischief fan who I talked to during intermission bc they were wearing a cornley tshirt :) (I was so tempted to tell them who I was but I didn't haha but if you're reading this then hi!!! it was so lovely to meet you :) )

Edit: Turns out the Mischief fan I met was an old friend from the Mischief server! What are the odds that we would have been sat next to each other at the same show!! details under the cut:

sadly there was no maxtrev kiss - when trevor read that he would have to kiss max, he said HELL NO and tried to walk away while max chased after him

this trevor was so nonchalant? he was not frantic at all. oh no he's trapped on stage? okay just casually walk into the clock like it is the most obvious hiding spot haha

but he did have some fun dance moves during his episode!

max was great - when he was dying, he whispered mama I'm coming

he also bowed and said thank you every chance he got haha

dennis was bald and took his wig off at one point - absolutely hilarious was not expecting that haha

robert did an Alien reference while dying (hand out through his chest)

a child in the audience shouted something along the lines of die faster! to robert

while watching robert's death scene, annie looked confused at first but then I think after the alien reference, she then sat criss crossed and looked on as if she's watching an exciting piece of telly haha

robert and sandra had some long hugs - I vaguely remember hearing that tptgw originally had a sibling incest storyline so I guess that was a nod to that haha

chris ran all over the stage looking for the ledger

he also prompted annie to be more british so she went high pitched

sandra had a blonde wig! and polka dot undergarments

jonathan had a pistol instead of a rifle so it was pistol vs pistol haha

max made a point to not drink the white spirit with everyone else during the second round

robert was bald and his whole head got really red when he was angry

also he got really close to dennis's face while shouting haha

max as old man arthur the gardener what's that young man? speak up

sadly no phone kick from max

the vase was a puzzle piece one just like the one in the community college production I saw a few months ago

my friend and I got upgraded tix to be more center (and still front row!) so we were in the splash zone for the spit takes

and the wind from the falling set made our dresses fly up (even though I knew the wind was coming, I didn't expect for it to be that strong haha)

chris bean apologized for the box office mix up where we were suppose to see hamilton on ice lol
