Griefer’s flowers bloom anytime he’s with his dad, it eventually got to the point where Mayor Thaniyel forgot his son doesn’t always have those flowers.

When with his dad azaleas and roses will bloom, but when he’s upset with Mayor Thaniyel he also blooms hydrangeas.

Griefer is immune to any poison from plants unless they grew in him(albeit less harmful than normal and never lethal), so he will get hurt when the hydrangeas bloom.

You know, I just finished 'role of a lifetime’ and it’s 4am here and I just felt like leaving a comment on ao3 wasn’t enough, I had to come on here and attempt to express my utter love for it like this as well. Which I will not be doing a very good job of, because I’m tired but woah did I enjoy that fic. I’ve always loved your work and there really isn’t much I haven’t read already, but I knew from the beginning that this was somehow gonna be different for me. You’ve created such a captivating plot and character study. Also, the dialogue. I feel like I wanna write about it in my diary and twirl my hair and kick my feet, I have SUCH a crush on your dialogue, like in general. Anyway, thank you so much for ever having written that fic, I am now gonna go to sleep and maybe re-read it tomorrow all over again :3

Since Griefer has become a plant he decided to make it even more of a nuisance for catching him. Before he was just athletic, now he can just attach himself to nature and he is determined to learn how to do a vine swing with his new plant powers.

Screw everything, I understand people who project now.

After Griefer got back to normal he still had to have frequent check ups to see if his health was alright and going to stay alright. So the next few days after he was normal he had to wear a heart monitor.

You better bet it was a pain. Trying to keep that thing dry while needing to also keep his plants alive was the most annoying process he’s ever went through.

Player is the type of person to call Griefer their husband. Platonic or romantic they call him ‘my husband’.

Terry and Mayor Thaniyel are the only people who know they do this solely because most of the time they call him that it’s cause they can’t find him, so they’ll start screaming that they can’t find their husband.

I absolutely adore everyone making jokes about Griefer being those people who don’t go outside cause they’re playing games and stuff when the closest we ever see him to being inside is in his room, which, as we’ve seen, IS IN A TREE.

HIS ROOM IS PRETTY MUCH OUTSIDE AND HIS PET IS A GORILLA PLUS HE SOMEHOW IS FASTER THAN THE JEEP WE USE TO CATCH THEM AND GETS OVER THE WATER WE NEED ROCKET BOOTS FOR.

THIS MAN IS THE MOST OUTDOORSY GAMER IVE EVER SEEN. WHY IS HIS ROOM A TREE HOUSE.

The story of how Griefer got a pet gorilla was that Mayor Thaniyel lost Griefer while talking to the woodsmen and found him again around a bunch of gorillas when he was around five, ever since then Mayor Thaniyel would randomly see gorillas following Griefer around. The first few times he nearly got a heart attack and then he just got used to it.
