- Find out which tribe(s) you belong to! And put research into the practices and other cultural aspects of your tribe(s) !!
- Grow your hair out !! Very culturally significant for majority its seen as an extension of the spirit.
- Very dependent on your tribe(s), learn the language(s) and things like songs important to your tribe(s)!
- Learn the history of your tribe(s) and share with others how much your history means to you
Not sure if this was enough.. a lot depends on the specific tribe(s) !! Although POMO tribes are also very common.. definitely pick and choose based off what feels right to you and remember you are valid !! 🩷
