Track 25 - Scarlet Lightning
Name: Anna Williams
Age: 41, but she looks 22 due to Cryosleep

Biography: Anna Williams is the younger sister of Nina Williams, and like her, she is an assassin for hire. Their father, Richard Williams was the old who molded them like that, deliberately creating rivalry between them, by favoring Nina over Anna. Anna tried her best to appeal to her father and win his affection, but despite her efforts, it was like she was invisible. Nina didn't help either, since she felt she should imitate her father, so she would often put her sister down and bully her. As hot headed as Anna was, the two would always end up fighting.
Their fight escalated until they get involved in the famous feud of the Mishima family. Anna ended up siding with Kazuya Mishima and prevented Nina from accomplish her mission of killing him. The two sisters end up in cryogenic sleep after the events of the second tournament. (We know that Nina was captured, but there's conflict about Anna volunteering or just being forced into it as well).
Anna has attempted to make amends with Nina after they woke up, especially considering that Nina had no memories. But she failed and the two continue their fight. Up until some point to the 6th tournament, they were conversational enough to hangout together on a bar or a pool. But that changed when Nina was assigned to kill Anna's fiancée during the events of 7th tournament. Anna has been attempting to get revenge on her sister ever since.
Personality: Vain, histrionic, sensual, flirty, calculating, short-tempered, sassy. Hides a kinder, maternal, vulnerable side. But doesn't have much a chance to show it.
