A Chinese AI startup is tracking lost dogs using their nose prints

Facial recognition comes to pets — using their nose prints as unique identifiers.

Megvii recognizes dogs by their nose prints, so reunites lost pets with their owners. A dog can be registered simply by scanning the snout through the phone’s camera. I think it is important, because chip system is a barbarian method.
